No, you do not have to pay for customs duty or VAT or sales tax. For 1-50 pieces, we deliver the goods at your doorstep by Fedex.
Our products are handcrafted and shipped to you after thorough quality checks. Minor inconsistency if any, is due to uniqueness of the product and hint of handcrafted work. Once delivered, the products cannot be returned except in the case of Damaged or Defective condition (review our return policy under Terms & Conditions). Therefore, we request you to be 100% sure before making a final purchase.
In case of any damage during shipping, an unboxing video is a must to claim refunds. Once we are satisfied, please send the shipment back to us in the condition you have received it within the next 3 days, and we will process the refunds when we receive the shipment back.
