Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes, you may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please get in touch with our team by sending us an email with your order details – info@swaanni.com.

Once you have emailed, you may additionally whats app us with your order details and cancellation request on +1 (510) 518-0416 as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

How can I track my order?

We will notify you by email once an order has been shipped and provide the tracking details so you can check delivery status at any time.

I am a retailer and would like to place bulk orders. Do you supply wholesale?

Yes. We supply natural and exceptional quality pashmina, cashmere, fine wool and merino wool shawls, scarves, and stoles to retailers globally at wholesale prices. You can contact us with your requirements, and we get back to you in reference to your enquiry. 

Can I get in touch for bulk orders for gifting?

Yes. We cater to wedding and corporate bulk gifting orders and our pieces are highly popular due to their rich and suave feel.  We typically require 30-45 days notice to process orders over 100 pieces in a single design. We may expedite the process at additional charges. 

We also provide gift wrap options at an additional cost for special occasions and can customise it as per your request. Please get in touch with us for the same via email or whats app.

How do I know the prices of the Swaanni products?

At Swaanni, we are committed to selling authentic and handwoven and hand embroidered pashmina, cashmere and fine wool wraps made by local artisans.  The cost depends on the fineness of the work, availability of the wool, quality of the wool and fibre, time taken to craft the piece amongst others, we encourage the artisans to set their prices. What are all sizes available? Is there a variation in size?

Following are the approximate dimensions of Swaanni wraps. 

  • Shawl – 40 cm by 80 cm 
  • Bigger shawls – 45 cm by 90 cm
  • Stole – 28 cm by 80 cm
How do I ensure quality check and authenticity of products by Swaanni?

We work with local artisans, weavers and suppliers who have certifications from authenticating bodies. These have been mentioned on our website. 

Does Swaanni ship Internationally? Q: Are there additional shipping charges? Do I have to pay customs duty on my order or clear my goods at customs?

Yes, we ship worldwide and depending on the order we will notify you about the shipping charges. We have free shipping for orders above US$800.  

No, you do not have to pay for customs duty or VAT or sales tax. For 1-50 pieces, we deliver the goods at your doorstep by Fedex.

What's your refund and return/exchange policy?

Our products are handcrafted and shipped to you after thorough quality checks. Minor inconsistency if any, is due to uniqueness of the product and hint of handcrafted work. Once delivered, the products cannot be returned except in the case of Damaged or Defective condition (review our return policy under Terms & Conditions). Therefore, we request you to be 100% sure before making a final purchase. 

 

In case of any damage during shipping, an unboxing video is a must to claim refunds. Once we are satisfied, please send the shipment back to us in the condition you have received it within the next 3 days, and we will process the refunds when we receive the shipment back. For further details review our damaged or defective condition under Terms & Condition.

Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if: 

  • The return request is made outside the specified time frame. 
  • The product is made to order or personalised.
  • The product has been shipped internationally (outside India)

Replacements/returns are to be shipped at the expense of the buyer.

What happens if my shipment is lost or delayed?

For global shipment, our delivery partner is FedEx known for its efficient delivery. However, in the rare scenario of delayed or lost shipment, we will work with the delivery partner to locate the shipment and request your patience through the process. In case we are unable to locate it, refunds will be processed.

Can I make payments in currency other than US Dollars? What payment options do you offer? Is my transaction safe?

Currently, we accept payment via Wire Transfer (preferred), MoneyGram and Western Union from International customers. Indian customers can make payment via Visa, Mastercard, Paytm, GPay, UPI or NetBanking. We will provide further payment and banking details once the order is finalised.
