By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
The products are subject to availability. Contact us to know our latest designs and offerings.
Payment: Currently, we accept payment via Wire Transfer (preferred), MoneyGram and Western Union from International customers. Indian customers can make payment via Visa, Mastercard, Paytm, GPay, UPI or NetBanking. We will provide further payment and banking details once the order is finalised. Pricing: Pricing for our Products is available upon request. Please contact us for pricing information, and we will provide you with the current pricing details based on your specific inquiries or orders.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We offer shipping to locations specified on our website. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Delivery: We ship worldwide and depending on the order we will notify you about the shipping charges. We have free shipping for orders above US$800. For 1-50 pieces, we deliver the goods at your doorstep by Fedex.
Title and Risk: Title and risk of loss for the Products pass to you upon delivery.
4. Returns
Our products are handcrafted and delivered to you after a thorough QC. Minor inconsistency if any, is due to uniqueness of the product and hint of handcrafted work. Once delivered, the products can not be returned except in the case of Damaged or Defective condition mentioned below. Therefore, we request you to be 100% sure before making a final purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Condition
The customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. In case the product(s) has arrived in Damaged or Defective condition, you may request for a replacement or refund. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days after we receive the returned Products and verify their condition as mentioned above. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.
7. Cancellation
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
8. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7 – 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing time may be longer for large order(s) since our products are handcrafted.
Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and your location. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping, but please be aware of potential customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. For countries other than India, any duties being levied, including Custom duty charges/clearance charges/freight charges, will be borne by the customer.

10. Limitation of Liability
Swaaणि™ and its parent company M/s Sivatmika are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our Products.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
